The following therapeutic tip is presented: for anesthesia, cryoanesthesia is used, which provides immediate numbness to a small circumferential area through the application of liquid nitrogen, and this procedure is well tolerated by the patient. Routinely, a punch biopsy tool is used to make an incision that remains open for a few days, allowing the abscess to drain.
