The replication folder has two parts: a do.file in Stata and a MATLAB script.

Steps to reproduce

Figures 1–3 and A.1a-b (Stata) 1. Save the "no_quick_fix.dta" file in the your working directory 2. Open the do-file “Replication figures 1-3 and A.1” 3. Use line 11 to set the working directory that contains "no_quick_fix.dta" 4. Run the do-file All remaining figures (MATLAB R 2025a) 1. Download dynare 4.5.6 zip file from "https://github.com/llhopital/dynare-4.5.6-vintage" 2. Extract files and copy "dynare" folder (...\dynare-4.5.6-vintage-main\dynare-4.5.6-vintage-main\dynare) to your working directory 2. Run the script "replicate_results.m" to reproduce remaining figures.
