Likert survey data was collected from 52 respondents. Choice text was converted to numerical values for the purpose of analysis based on the following scale: not familiar= 1, slightly familiar=2, moderately familiar=3, very familiar=4, extremely familiar= 5; not valuable= 1, slightly valuable=2, moderately valuable=3, very valuable=4, extremely valuable= 5; ; extremely unlikely= 1, somewhat unlikely= 2, neither likely nor unlikely= 3, somewhat likely= 4, extremely likely= 5; strongly disagree= 1, somewhat disagree= 2, neither agree nor disagree=3, somewhat agree= 4, strongly agree= 5; extremely dissatisfied=1, somewhat dissatisfied= 2, neither satisfied nor dissatisfied= 3, somewhat satisfied= 4, extremely satisfied=5; not useful=1, slightly useful=2, moderately useful=3, very useful=4, extremely useful= 5 Median and IQR were calculated for each Likert item and reported as descriptive statistics To analyze the relationship between familiarity with evaluation methods and stress/intimidation of receiving evaluations, their utility, or the likelihood of changing post-evaluation, we summed numerical Likert data from respective questions: familiarity with evaluation methods (sum of Likert data Q1_1, Q1_2, Q1_3), the utility of evaluations (sum of Likert data from Q6_1, Q6_2, Q6_3, Q6_4), the likelihood of changing post-evaluation (non-summed Q3), stress of receiving evaluation (non-summed Q4_1) and intimidation of receiving evaluations (non-summed Q4_2). and used Stata linear regression function to complete the analysis.
