This dataset (survey instrument) factors affecting Teacher Performance in Public High Schools of Purwakarta Regency. The instrument is adapted, re-translated and validated. Data was obtained from 260 responses.

Data was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 260 respondents. The method used is quantitative with surveys. Instruments used questionnaires. Software used to process data later with Smart-PLS. Data analysis techniques are used SEM-PLS.
