Steps to reproduce
The dataset is a compilation of academic information from a sample of 450 researchers affiliated to 12 Brazilian public universities and from application of a survey questionnaire answered by 30% of the sample which collected data on academic, behavioral and motivational aspects. The attached questionnaire was developed from a literature review that enabled concepts, methods and approach in order to collect data related to academic life and also behavioral and motivational aspects of researchers.
