Description

Data were collected and analyzed using the nCounter Digital Analyze according to the manufacturers instructions (NanoStrings Technologies, Seattle, WA). The data table below represents the gene ratio (44 genes signature) beetween the non-stimulated condition (NUL) and the LPS stimulated condition, in 20 healthy volunteers.
