Practice Assessment Record and Evaluation (PARE) Users Survey

Steps to reproduce

The data employed in this study were collected through a survey questionnaire from Practice Assessment Record and Evaluation (PARE) system users. Each item is measured on a five-point Likert scale ranging from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). The questionnaire was hosted on Microsoft Forms and distributed electronically through platform-related communication channels, allowing participants to complete the survey at a time convenient to them. The survey remained open from July 2025 to October 2025, during which 69 usable responses were collected.
