Description of this data

The file has 3 tables:
Table 1 is the fatty acid profile of the diets used in this study. The fatty acids were quantified using gas chromatography. Table 2 is the complete serum metabolomic analyses for all analytes reported. Table 3 is the liver phospholipid profile (phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and their ratio).
