Description

The dataset has been generated through simulating a developed system dynamics model for sustainable plastic waste management of khulna city in Bangladesh from 2018 until 2040. The work has been done as a part of the German Govt. funded plastic mitigation project named, " Sustainable Capacity Building to Reduce Irreversible Pollution by Plastics (SCIP Plastics)". The funder for this project is the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection under grant no. 67MM0004 and the main implementing partner is Bauhaus University Weimar (BUW). It is the first part of the elaborate work that will be conducted in order to determine the point source for inland plastic waste flow to the nearby aquatic body, canals or rivers.
