Replication package for: “Information Comparability and Blockholder Structure: The Role of Trading-Based Governance”

This repository contains the data, code, and documentation required to reproduce the empirical results reported in the paper “Information Comparability and Blockholder Structure: The Role of Trading-Based Governance.” The replication package covers the full workflow from raw data to final results. It includes the raw data inputs, the final analysis dataset, and a single Stata do-file (Do.do) that performs all data cleaning, merging, variable construction, and empirical analyses.
