German LOINC mapping list at Hannover Medical School

This is our mapping list we have created from our local laboratory tests to LOINC codes. The denotiation is in German Language. The tests mainly constist of analyses within the clinical chemistry Department. The results of the mapping activities were presented at the EFMI Special Topic Conference 2019 in Hannover.
