Description

Data were collected from teachers in higher education in Meghalaya, India. The researchers used the third-person technique under the projective methods to collect the data. The respondents were provided with the story and asked to respond to statements on a 14-point Likert scale based on their level of agreement. The ideal values were calculated through Delphi method where the experts were provided with information. In this process, the experts were given the questionnaires in 2 or more rounds. In the end, all the responses were compiled and reported, and an ideal response was generated.
