Data are proportion of sequences obtained by high-throughput sequencing from soil samples from the Cerrado region of Brazil. It includes data collected in the dry and rainy season (South Hemisphere) within the Cerrado floristic domain (Tropical Savanna) in four sites: revegetated mining area (RA), forest (FL), Cerrado stricto sensu (CE), and Canga (NG). Excel file has a spreadesheet with metadata and then spreadsheets of the soil biota accessed by 16S and 18S organized by phylum, class, order, family, genus, and species.
