Description

Attached is a model for mouse CatSper1-4 as described in "Intramembranal disulfide cross-linking illucidates the super-quaternary structure of mammalian CatSpers" by Bystroff. The file can be viewed by PyMol or any molecular display program that accepts PDB format. Four tetramer models are shown comprised of two linear dimers, arranged ntiparallel and cross-linked at CatSper3. The two-row polymer is proposed to extend the length of the principle piece of the sperm flagellum.
