Shopee App Reviews: from Google Play Store

Description

The dataset used in this study consists of user reviews of the Shopee application collected from the Google Play Store. The dataset contains users' opinions, experiences, and evaluations regarding various aspects of the application, including ease of use, service quality, application performance, features, and shopping experience. The textual reviews serve as the primary data source for sentiment analysis, enabling the proposed model to classify user opinions into negative, neutral, and positive sentiment categories. The Google Play Store dataset was selected because it represents direct user feedback in the form of real-world user-generated content, making the analysis results more relevant for evaluating the quality of Shopee's services and the overall level of user satisfaction with the application.
