The use of the Electrical resistivity tomography (ERT) technique, with the support of geochemical analyses, contributes to establishing a reliable methodology and provides information to delimit the affected subsurface area by pig slurry. Data of ERT and soil were taken in September 2020, using a SuperSting R8 resistivity meter using the dipole-dipole array consisting of a total of twenty-eight electrodes. Soil samples are taken from the core- samples in three selected slurry ponds located in Fuente Álamo municipality, Murcia region (SE Spain). Data of ERT values and physical-chemical analysis data were contrasted, by the statistical analysis run by SPSS Statistics v.23 software (IBM, Neconductivity York, NY, USA) to establish the non-parametric Spearman correlation
Steps to reproduce
The location of the three slurry ponds and their borehole location are included in .kmz format. ERT(Electrical Resistivity Tomography) technique was employed using a dipole-dipole array with twenty-eight electrodes by the SuperSting R8 resistivity-meter from Advanced Geosciences Inc. These data are included in original format .sgt and another format .dat., and are indicated with their name. Moreover, data from the physical-chemical analysis are included for each borehole of each slurry pond.
