Description

Mice were injected with virus coding for wild-type alpha synuclein or mCherry control to determine the effect of local overexpression on cortical cells. After ten weeks, tissue was analyzed using golgi-cox staining kit. Images were hand counted by observers blind to the status of the animal. Data for each dendrite is included here in two files. One includes summary data for each dendrite that includes total spine density and density by morphology. The second sheet includes data individually by spine which includes measured spine length. A word document is included to explain column names.
