Description

Double Blind file shows performance on trials conducted double blind (DB) compared to normal (single blind) trials (Reg). Odor_acquisition shows the proportion correct for each session and dog on the odor discrimination test. Sessions in which a dog failed to complete at least 10 trials or were unavailable are shown as missing rteData shows the timestamp, dog name, session and phase for each lever press. Show the cumulative number of lever presses and time from the start of the session. Phase 2 refers to acquisition and Phase 3 refers to extinction. SidePrefRatio shows the overall proportion of trials in which the dog selected the same side as the previous trial. Win_stay show the mean proportion of trials in which the trial following a correct (rewarded) response was to the same side. Gives the average proportion across the five sessions.
