Description

Amphibians were sampled in the Colombian Pacific Forest, within the Afro-American collective territory of the Community Council of the Upper and Middle Dagua River in the Buenaventura Department. Three types of vegetation cover were selected for study: mature forest, secondary forest and abandoned mixed farming areas, spanning an altitudinal range of 300 to 530 m.a.s.l. (for additional details about the study area, refer to the paper by Cortes-Gomez AM, Castro-Herrera F, Nicolas Urbina-Cardona J (2013) Small changes in vegetation structure create great changes in amphibian ensembles in the Colombian Pacific rainforest.
