These are the results, PPS plots, and sensitivity analysis from Super-Cobb-Douglas-CCR-I used for optimisation of totally scaled experiments on virtual network settings throughout of fractal variables to predict the most effective set of virtual settings. The multicriteria decision-making herein proposed serves to deliver stable TCP services with superior performance in a long timescale. The results may change the manner as the parties making a deal on SLA should change as regards the issue of tax, audit, evaluate, and present the performance of virtual infrastructure based in this fractal analysis.
