Description of this data

The NGAL assay performance could be improved by two consecutive plasma measurements, then with the combination of kidney biomarker with the functional marker serum creatinine at 10-18 h after surgery.

Steps to reproduce

It was used a rapid immunofluorescent method by Biosite and a new approach for the results interpretation. The analysis on biomarker increase was obtained by a reference of value equal to 100 ng/mL. Indeed patient becomes the reference of his self.
