This dataset contains flow cytometry standard (FCS) files from various experiments as described in the associated manuscript and README file. All samples were acquired on a Cytek Aurora. Compensation was generated using previously established single-color controls. The resulting compensation matrices are embedded in the FCS files.

Steps to reproduce
To reproduce the analyses, open the FCS files in FlowJo 10 or compatible flow cytometry analysis software. Use the compensation matrices embedded in the FCS files. Detailed instructions for gating and analysis of each of the experiment types is included in the README file above.
