Code of eelsMicr Computer Program For Improved EELS Microanalysis Method

The aim of the present dataset is to provide codes of routines that allow constructing programs connected with the following two works: " Improved Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy (EELS) Microanalysis Method" and " Kramers-Kronig Analysis Adapted to Use Just Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy (EELS) Data "by (Hadji, 2018a, 2018b). These codes of routines allow constructing programs related to these texts as well as the source of the program, named 'eelsMicr', used to get the data given in these preprints. Now, 'eelsMicr' allows obtaining, besides EELS parameters and physical quantities such as NAA and so on in the cases where the experimental data are obtained using a collection semi-angle less than the plasmon cutoff angle, therefore using a set of formulas that is partly different from that previously used (Hadji, 2016), some optical properties such as the refractive index, the complex dielectric function and so forth using no more than EELS data. These routines can be assembled to generate different programs. Several ways of assembling them are provided in eelsMicr under a "Menu" sort of scheme. Additional useful information is also provided. This dataset is therefore previous dataset with same name extended to do more work. Relevant eelsMicr is available at: Hadji, N.
