The "Project Voice: Harmonizing the Workplace in Reducing Teachers’ Burnout" initiative aims to tackle the pressing issue of teacher burnout through a collaborative and supportive framework. This action research project recognizes that teacher burnout impacts not only individual educators but also significantly affects their performance and effectiveness in the classroom. Project Voice intends to alleviate teacher burnout by fostering musical engagement and collaboration through structured musical sessions. The research will employ a quantitative experimental design using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) to assess the level of teacher burnout and evaluate the effectiveness of Project Voice on reducing burnout among teachers.
