Sahibashish Singh Sembhi,
Neck pain is a common complaint among non-professional cyclists. Poor posture, overuse, and injury are all factors that contribute to neck pain in cyclists. However, there are several ways to prevent and treat neck pain, including maintaining good posture, stretching, and physical therapy. By taking these steps, non-professional cyclists can continue to enjoy the benefits of cycling without experiencing neck pain.
