Developmental Reorganization of Sport–Executive Function Networks Across Adolescence: Evidence from Bayesian Modeling
Description
This study recruited 1,878 adolescents from grades 7 to 12. However, 77 students were excluded from the final analysis due to absences or health issues, resulting in a final sample of 1,801 participants, including 878 males and 923 females, aged 13–18, with an average age of 15.47 years (SD = 1.70). All participants had normal physical, intellectual, auditory, and visual conditions, and both parents and class teachers were fully informed about the students’ participation in the experiment. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Northwest Normal University, with approval number 2023010. In addition, we will also upload all the codes for data analysis, including the GGM network analysis and Bayesian network analysis of the overall sample, the comparison of GGM and Bayesian networks among different age groups, and the comparison of GGM and Bayesian networks among different genders.
