Description

The leaves of Dryopteris sp. were extracted with 70 % EtOH, and the chemical compounds were analyzed by UPLC-QTOF-MS system. The mobile phase was a gradient elution using solvent A (DW + 0.1 % formic acid) and solvent B (ACN + 0.1 % formic acid). The capillary voltage was 2.5 kV, mass range was 50-1500 m/z. The antibacterial effect on pathogenic microorganisms (E. coli, Salmonella enteritidis, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus mutans, Candida albicans).
