Description

This dataset contains the custom Python code used in the study “Computationally guided discovery of Ly6e/LY6E-dependent AAV capsid variants.” The code supports automated image analysis of in vitro infectivity assays and brain fluorescence images. Scripts were used to generate quantify transduction metrics from microscopy data.
