The research aims to assess the ethanol steam reforming of bioethanol samples coming from sugarcane press-mud, an agroindustrial waste of the non-centrifugal sugar cane industry. The data shows the fermentation, steam reforming, and the mass balances of the hydrogen production from the afore cited waste. Also. the data contains information about the characterization in terms of moisture, solid content, protein, carbohydrates, ash, and fibers. Moreover, statistical analysis are described in this data set.
