Description

Walls, Fiala et al describe a self-assembling protein nanoparticle displaying the SARS-CoV-2 receptor-binding domain in a highly immunogenic array eliciting diverse, potent and protective antibody responses. The nanoparticle vaccines induce neutralizing antibody titers ten-fold higher than the prefusion-stabilized spike ectodomain trimer using a five-fold lower dose.
