Description

There are six documents in this dataset, including the supplementary material and original statistics in my studies of the development of Modern Junzi Personality Scale (MJPS). The primary findings in my research involve: 1) There were five distinct but interrelated factors (spiritual, moral, behavioral, emotional and cognitive domain) in the structure of MJP among Chinese adult people. 2) The factors of modern junzi personality were highly correlated with the contents of the ancient junzi personality from Confucius' thoughts. 3) The factors of modern junzi personality had a negative correlation with the factor of "Neuroticism" and positive correlations with the other factors ("Agreeableness", "Consciousness", "Extraversion" and "Openness") of the Chinese big-five personality model.
