Description

Raw data for the generation of each figure (F1, F2, F3, F4, and FS1) in the manuscript “Experimental evaluation of ecological principles to understand and modulate the outcome of bacterial strain competition in gut microbiomes. For F2, F3 and F5, colonization levels of each strain are expressed as log cell/g feces at each time point. The detection limit for each primer pair is described. For F3, genome size, genes and pfam for each strain are specified. Data in Excel files for F1 – F4 are organized for input into Prism software data sheets. The FS1 folder contains the raw data files for 16S rRNA gene sequencing data. For specific experimental details, treatment design and other methodological details, please refer to the methods section of the manuscript.
