Description

Previous tab is gene-level FPKM counts derived from RNA sequencing in unmodified HT-1080 control (Control) cells, HT-1080 TP53 gene-disrupted (p53^KO) cells, and HT-1080 CDKN1A gene disrupted (p21^KO) cell lines treated with or without nutlin-3 (10 µM, 48 h) prior to sample harvest. Two independent biological replicates per condition (Rep #1, Rep #2) are reported.
