Description

Human pluripotent stem cells were differentiated to hepatocyte-like cells (HLCs) and challenged with a cocktail of lactate, pyruvate and octanoic acid to induce macrovesicular steatosis. Polar metabolites were harvested and analysed by GC-MS. The raw GC-MS MID and batch analyses are listed here.
