C++ program for drying kinetics

Description

C++ source code for computing the coupled heat and mass transfer problem for thin layer drying kinetics. The coupling of the conservations laws are boundary based, while the inner matrix formulation is decoupled. The water driving mechanisms are assumed to be liquid capillarity in the inner matrix and convective evaporation on the interface. A brief discussion of the code is included in main.cpp. External library Coolprop for computing thermodynamic data is needed. It is freely available at http://www.coolprop.org/ Tested under Debian Buster.
