The CSV file contains precipitation phase observations and other related data from the Tahoe Rain or Snow citizen science project. Between January and May 2020 volunteers reported 1003 observations of precipitation phase (rain, snow, or mixed). Please see the Arienzo et al. (submitted) manuscript for details on data collection and processing. The README file contains column names and descriptions.
