Description

The raw data were submitted as supplementary file with the article. The file has five dataset of absorbance reading of the wells in 96 plate and cell viablilty rate caculated for each drug or drug combination. These data were analysed and the analysed data were presented in tables and figures. In figure 1, The inhibition rate of Esomeprazole, Lidocaine, Rapamycin, Glibenclamide and Ketamine was compared to that of their combinations. In figure 2, The inhibition rate of Esomeprazole, Glibenclamide and Doxycycline was compared to that of their combinations. In figure 3, The inhibition rate of Doxycycline, Rapamycin, Ketamine and Tris Buffer was compared to that of their combinations. The inhibition rate of each drug and their combination was presented in table 1. For identifying synergistic drug combinations, Q value was calculated for each drug combination using Jin's formula and was demonsterated in table 2.
