Description

Phylogenetic trees in newick formats are listed. The trees were used as true data to compare reconstruction accuracy among phylogenetic reconstruction methods as described in Onodera et al. (2023) Mol. Phylogenet. Evol. 178:107636. Supplementary table 1. Phylogenetic trees with the number of total taxa under branch length following normal distribution. Supplementary table 2. Phylogenetic trees with branch lengths following normal distribution. Supplementary table 3. Yule model phylogenetic trees with the number of total taxa under branch length. Supplementary table 4. Phylogenetic trees generated under Yule model. Supplementary table 5. Phylogenetic trees downloaded from RAxML Grove database.
