Optical microscopy image dataset of multilayer graphene sheet (GS)/epoxy nanocomposites at 8 filler concentrations (1–8 wt.% in steps of 1 wt.%), comprising 800 micrographs (100 per concentration) acquired to quantify electrical network interconnectivity via graph theory. Images were recorded in a 24-bit RGB color format with a resolution of 640×480 pixels, resulting in a calibrated scale of 2.08 µm/pixel. Images were acquired using a SONY® XC-75 camera mounted on a LEICA DMLM optical microscope (Wetzlar, Germany).
