Description

Within this data set are the following: 1. TEM images of lysozyme protein monomers and fibrils. 2. Average size/length distribution of lysozyme monomers/fibrils exposed to ultrasound. 3. FTIR spectra of Amide I band of lysozyme protein monomers/fibrils exposed to ultrasound, thermal treatment and mechanical mixing. 4. SDS-page of lysozyme monomers/fibrils treated with ultrasound. 5. SAXS analysis, modelling and mass fractions of lysozyme monomers/fibrils, non-treated and treated by ultrasound. 6. Kinetics of aggregation of lysozyme monomers/fibrils, non-treated, treated by ultrasound, thermal treatment and mechanical mixing. 7. AFM imaging of lysozyme monomers/fibrils, non-treated and treated by ultrasound. 8. AFM-nanoindentation lysozyme monomers/fibrils, non-treated and treated by ultrasound. 9. Mass spectra of lysozyme monomers, non-treated and treated by ultrasound. 10. Amino acid analysis of lysozyme monomers, non-treated and treated by ultrasound.
