This dataset contains the perceptions of hotel and restaurant actors due to providing financial assistance by the government during Pandemic Covid-19. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Respondents were 200 hotel and restaurant industry players in several cities in Central Java and Yogyakarta provinces
