Description

Data associated with Enbody, Erik (2021), “A multispecies BCO2 beak color polymorphism in the Darwin’s finch radiation." In this manuscript, we identify the genetic basis of a carotenoid-based beak polymorphism in Darwin's finches. Enclosed are three spreadsheets and a zip file containing the identifiers and metadata relating to the individuals used in that analysis. One file contains all individuals sequenced using whole-genome, low coverage, sequencing. Another includes individuals analyzed using a TaqMan analysis targeting the SNP of interest identified (see text). One spreadsheet details the samples used in the RNAseq analysis. A file, labeled Figure4_plot_data.zip, includes the data suitable for regenerating the data and analysis presented in Figure 4.
