Description

This dataset describes nurses' knowledge, attitude, and practices (KAP) of pressure injury prevention at public and private hospitals in the West Coast division of Sabah, Malaysia. It was collected using a structured questionnaire administered online to 448 nurses. It included nurses working at these hospitals and was conducted from April to December 2021. This dataset includes the KAP questionnaire in English (KAP English) and the translated KAP questionnaire in Bahasa Malaysia (KAP-BM), which had been used for the online survey.

Steps to reproduce

1. Identify total number of nurses population of targeted study setting. 2. Approach the nursing division in each hospital, and request them to select participants based on set the inclusion and exclusion criteria. 3. Once identified, invite them to participate. Provide with unique ID to login to the online questionnaire.
