Description

The dataset comprises the data used for the investigation of the impacts of four different management styles, namely democratic, autocratic, paternalistic and Laissez Faire management styles on psychological, emotional, social well-beings of employees from services industry. The data was collected using online questionnaire survey that assessed democratic management style (3 items), autocratic management style (4 items), paternalistic management style (2 items), Laissez Faire management style (3 items), psychological well-being (4 items), emotional well-being (3 items) and social well-being (4 items). The questionnaire was distributed from September 2020 to October 2020 and a total of 889 responses were collected from two services firms. The respondents were selected based on purposive sampling technique. Descriptive and inferential statistics were utilized to analyze the data collected.
