Here you can find the raw MCD data output from the imaging mass cytometer. They consist of 97 ROIs, from 13 different samples. 1st trimster: n=3 2nd trimster: n=5 Term: n=5 Some MCD files also contain small ROIs used to determine the appropriate laser settings for measurements. Some MCD files also contain ROIs of tonsil tissue used as controls for marker expression per staining.

Steps to reproduce

Data normalization/binarization was performed according to Ijsselsteijn et al. doi: 10.1002/cyto.a.24480. Single cell mask was made as described in Krop et al. unpublished
