Description

The data presented here is a Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) model of Total Knee Replacement (TKR) components with Femur and Tibia bones at hyperflexion (120 degrees of knee). This is the CAE model of the same CAD as published in [1]. The CAE model (ASSEMBLY.hm) presented here can be opened in Hypermesh, a CAE software for defining material properties, section definitions, boundary conditions, loads etc. Then the complete model can be imported in a supported format to a CAE software like Abaqus, Ansys etc. to execute a finite element analysis which might be very crucial for throwing light into knee kinematics and mechanics at hyperflexion of the knee.
