Description

This data article presents a comprehensive dataset from finite element simulations of microbond tests, analyzing a range of structural effects and their impact on test outcomes. A total of 432 simulations were conducted, examining variables such as blade geometry and position, droplet plastic behavior, fiber material, residual stresses, and interface fracture mode. The dataset is systematically organized and comes with a user-friendly interface for easy data access and plotting, with further analysis available in a related research article by R. Dsouza et al. (2023).
