Influencing Factors Affecting the Willingness of Secondary Vocational School Students to Participate in the Vocational Education College Entrance Examination in China

In order to accurately assess and portray in detail the current situation of the samples’ personal, family, school and social factors affecting the willingness to participate in the VECEE, based on theoretical exploration, the literature review, and reference to other relevant questionnaires, the research group compiled a questionnaire based on project analysis,The research group used a combination of judgmental sampling and random sampling to select 17 provinces in China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing and Jiangsu Province, among others, and then randomly selected 45 secondary vocational schools as survey subjects. A total of 5000 questionnaires were distributed to students, and 4652 valid questionnaires were collected, with a questionnaire response rate of 93.04%.
