Steps to reproduce

1. input a ground motion data in cm/s/s. 2. find the peak ground acceleration. 3. choose a peak ground acceleration to convert the input ground motion data. 4. use the formula: chosen PGA * ground motion vector / PGA of input ground motion 5. save
