Avifaunal data for evaluating efficacy of zoning for recreation in Mabira Central Forest Reserve, Uganda
Published: 5 August 2022| Version 1 | DOI: 10.17632/gvmw3649nx.1
The main file (Avif_Main) contains raw data from the independent double-observer point count method used and GPS records of the points surveyed. The other six files contain DOBSERV input data. Of these, the files MMF_Detect and SSF_Detect were used to generate observer-specific detection probabilities. The files labelled M_SpRichness, MF_SpRichness, S_SpRichness, and SF_SpRichness were the input files used to generate species richness estimates for the sites M, MF, S, and SF respectively.

All files can be opened in MS Excel. The text files can be imported directly into the DOBSERV application.
